Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customized Items: As noted above, customized products are non-returnable. Once your order moves to production, you cannot cancel or change it.
Order Cancellations: We may accept cancellations only if made immediately after purchase and before production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If we cancel an order for any reason, we will refund your payment.
Damages and Defects: If an item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos and a description of the issue. GiftKaari will, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item. Returns due to damage or error are handled on a case-by-case basis and may require returning the faulty item to us.
An unboxing video is MANDATORY for any order-related complaints.
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or delays caused during transit by third-party logistics providers.
In the rare event of your order arriving visibly damaged, we request you to share unboxing videos and photos within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to assist you with a resolution, but replacement/refund is not guaranteed.
Final Decision: All return and replacement decisions are made by GiftKaari. Except as above, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or color differences from on-screen images.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
